I love this re-interpritation!
Astute observation, you do know me and my art well. I am exploring text as another layer of story. I view screen prints as a graphic medium and accept text on them. I have not made the leap to text on my paintings just yet. The R. Christian commission is the first time I have had text in my paintings.
